I received the palette quickly however one eyeshadow was completely smashed. This is a problem with the delivery although I think a note should have been left to say that the item was 'fragile'. Other than that I love this palette, the colours are very pigmented especially the black which should be used sparingly then build up if needed. They last longer if used with a primer but are okay without. My only issue is the white which takes a lot of product to have the desired effect but is alright for highlighting the brow bone.

I literally cannot fault this; even though it came with the casing slightly broken, it's amazing! I am a make up artist and I love this palette.... Blends lovely, will be great on those with matured skin as the powder is fine and blendable, all matte so very flattering. Thank you x

The colours are good but as soon as it arrived I was very disappointed because the packaging was ruined and the whole of the product was covered in dirt and the individual circles were cracked some of them were okay but all of the colours had black powder all over it
