Ive gone through a journey with hair from about 2012 when my hair had been thinning drasticially. I always had thick hair and I was lost in terms of what to do about it because i didnt understand the cause. my confidence dropped.

Look for Sulfate Free and as natural as possible when buying shampoo. But dont forget other factors such as nutrition. Some might not want to hear this but nutrition is your beginning. You have to get your house (body) in order.

I started with a green supplement (you can find two in my other reviews) taken daily (one mixed into drinks and another was a capsule form) but of course also increasing your fresh vegetable intake.

My hair is extremely dry, thin, and brittle. I've noticed that I seem to be loosing much more hair than normal, which worries me. I ordered this shampoo to see if I could improve my hair and it has actually. After the first use I could tell how much my hair felt better already. It was much more moist and not as brittle. As I've only had this product for a week I'm not sure if it's helping with hair growth, however there does seem to be a lot less hair in the sink after washing!

The smell isn't as wonderful as the regular shampoo that Art Naturals sells, but it's still fragrant. One of the top ingredients is rosemary, so that could be the smell. The shampoo is a white colour and it is pretty thick, so when you put it in your hand, it doesn't just slide right off. It works into a nice, rich lather in your hair. Make sure to massage it well into your scalp. After you do that, you need to leave in in your hair for at least three minutes before you wash it out.
