A lot more purple than expected, this lipstick is very thick and glossy, definitely not a matte shade, 3 Oct. 2016

Lipstick colour was definitely not what I expected it was a lot more of a brighter purple than I expected.

The texture is very thick when applied, so when you first try it, the colour looks very bold and strong. I think if you are not going for that kind of look, which is myself included, it is better to apply it with a light hand, or just use a lip brush in order to control the amount of product being applied. I also think applying it like a regular lipstick overloads the product onto your lips because the consistency is so very thick the colour moves around a lot and starts to bleed.

Whilst this is a nice colour, a nice looking lipstick it is not what I was really looking for as I prefer a lipstick with a light sheen to it or completely matte, and this lipstick is very thick, and very glossy in my opinion. Very disappointed. This is not a nude lipstick as the name and photo suggest. It's a bright, light pink. A waste of money. I've included a photo in case other buyers get duped.

Colour looked ok once I opened the product, but once it hit my lips it seemed to lighten incredibly and was very greasy.Being returned as we speak.Not sure this line of Barry M lipsticks is for me. Just bought a Barry M primer and it's fabulous. So as a product line overall I have no complaints.Hit and miss and trial and error yadayadaya.
