Great product, only bad luck reducing 5 stars to 4 stars, 29 Dec. 2016

I purchased two of these as gifts. I was very impressed by the way they looked and the scent. However although one arrived in perfect condition, the other was rattling in the box. The box was in the sleeve the wrong way (the fabric tab wasn't visible) and when I opened it, there was wax dust all over the inside of the box and rim of the glass, and on looking more closely the plastic seal was missing from the top of the candle which had caused the candle to dry out and shrink away from the edge of the glass, causing the rattling sound and the wax dust. I contacted Amazon via the product feedback and received an immediate refund. I would definitely order these again, as I think it was just bit of bad luck to receive one in that condition, and if it did happen again Amazon's customer service was excellent.
