This tablet was easy to swallow, gave me no side effects and no bitter after taste. I'm very happy with this supplement it is of medium potency 1000 mcg and is vegetarian friendly. There's 90 capsules, so not many, few months if taken once a day

This particular brand of Biotin I've recently started taking and so far so good, I have also bought biotin hair supplement from the same sellers. I recommend you take it just before you go to sleep otherwise you may pee it out after a few hours. The longer it stays in your body the better.

I brought these pills for my boyfriend, this is his review.

These pills comes in your normal tablet bottle and has 90 tablets inside which could last you either 3months if taken one daily or 1 to 2 months if taken 1 - 2 capsules daily. I have been taking 3 capsules daily so far, one in the morning, 1 at noon and 1 at nite. I like to spread them out. These capsules are not too big and don't leave a after taste in the mouth like others do.

The product itself gives mixed instructions on how many to take which was slightly annoying. The serving size it gives as one capsule and then provides the ingredient amount for 1 capsule. However, if you go to the other size of the bottle it then recommends taking 3 capsules daily. I personally have gone with one and as mentioned before this does seem to be having an effect so 1 or maybe 2 is most likely all you need.

The capsules themselves are easy to swallow and I personally haven’t had any nasty after taste...
