Flimsy Product, Appalling Caci Customer Service, 10 Dec. 2015

One of the worst products I have purchased. Did not have the chance to see if it works as the charger/battery issue kept failing. Contacted Caci customer service who were most unhelpful firstly stating that I needed to purchase new batteries then told me to adjust the prong points which should not need adjusting by the consumer but they were just such poor quality that they are not strong enough to support the device when charging. Followed their advice but the device eventually stopped working completely after a few months they would not give a replacement and were most unhelpful. Thank goodness for the brilliant customer service at QVC from where it was purchased they refunded the cost and collected the faulty item no problem whatsoever. I would have liked to find out if it works but did not feel confident to purchase again from Caci and risk yet another waste of money with no after sales service.

I bought this from boots and absolutely love it! I am 33 and am getting married this year so wanted to make sure I look my best and minimize wrinkles. I have had 2 Caci facials done at a salon and been really impressed with the results, and do thought I'd give this a try.

I was really dubious as there are a lot of bad reviews all over the Boots and Amazon website, but mainly about the battery'snot charging properly. I have not had any issues. It charged first time (just be sure not to disturb it once its sitting on the charger) If it does get disturbed wait a while and replace it on the charger and should start up again. Once it is fully charged it can be used upto 10 times before it needs another charge. You must always run these sort of batteries down completely before recharging them to ensure longevity!

I can't praise it enough. It really works to minimize frown creases, fine lines in the forehead and around the mouth. it plumps up cheeks and reduces...

I found them fantastic and could see an immediate difference after each treatment, 18 Sept. 2014

Several years ago I used to have CACI salon treatments and, whilst expensive, I found them fantastic and could see an immediate difference after each treatment. Obviously I wasn't expecting the same from a 10 minute hand-held product as from a session with more expensive and presumably more powerful equipment which lasted for 90 minutes. I'm now in my 50's, live in the south of France (so am exposed to the sun frequently) and hmmm... I smoke. I always had wonderful skin when younger and, I suppose, given my age and the other factors mentioned, it remains not too bad. The main reason I bought the CACI Microlift is because I can't justify the expense of regular salon treatments but I wanted something that, in particular, would help firm my jaw line which is definitely heading south.

Perhaps partly because I understand the principles of the treatment I find the Microlift easy to use and, after several sessions, am able to use it whilst watching television or reading so it's...
