I think the reviews for this are probably accurate regarding the handle. It looks a little odd to start as there is one large handle and one tiny one. The key is to put the long one on your shoulder whilst holding the small one (as shown in the photo). I can see how it would rip off if you only used one handle....so don't! ;)For the price, I cannot fault it one bit. It is brand new, protects my table and still leaves a little room inside. I wouldn't put anything heavy in the small pocket- perhaps paperwork.

The first time I picked it up the small handle ripped on one side and then the whole pocket tore.The bag is a great size but clearly not made very strong.
