Personally I have extremely oily and acne prone skin in my T-zone, and found that this product really does a good job of cleaning your face. This mask removes not only the oils but charcoal draws out the impurities in your skin, leaving it healthier as well as cleaner and softer. It also has helped reduce the redness of my breakouts as well as helped clear some (not all) of the blackheads on my nose. This is because the absorptive carbon of the charcoal works to eliminates oil, draws dirt and excess sebum out of pores and keeps skin clean and clear.

I usually use charcoal masks right after a bath or shower when my pores are open from the warmth of the water, which will make the mask work more effectively. Or you can simply place a warm washcloth on your face for the same results. I cover my whole face with it and go and relax for a half hour with a book or TV show. Then I gently wash it all off with warm water.

This charcoal mask does not irritate my skin., 20 Jan. 2016

I love this Charcoal mask by InstaNatural. I have used different types of face masks before and this one is definitely one of my favourites. It does not give me burning sensation or intense tingling on my skin. My face feels smoother and looks a lot healthier after I use this mask. This charcoal mask arrived fast and was sealed nicely. It comes in an easy dispenser tube with a flip top attached lid. When the tube arrived it was sealed at the opening so you can be sure that it has not been tampered with. The consistency is a bit thick but it is so easy to apply. It goes on smooth and does not smell weird. I use warm water and moist towel to open pores, apply it to my face and leave it no my face for 10 minutes to dry. It is easy to wash off and I can feel that my skin feels incredibly smooth afterwards. Please see the attached photos.

I don't know what it is, but using a face mask always makes me feel extremely pampered - perhaps something to do with the masks I've had in spas and professional treatments. There's no need to pay those sort of prices though, as this bottle offers a charcoal mask that really gets to work on those pores.

I don't usually pad a review with lists of ingredients, but at the time of writing, there is no ingredient list on the page, so for those interested in exactly what's in it:
