I'm incredibly head sore and have lots of fine hair that enjoys tangling itself for no reason whatsoever. I used to dread brushing my hair every day. I won't let anyone else brush my hair - even in the hairdressers I'll ask for the brush and do it myself before allowing them anywhere near me. Pulling a single hair out feels like I've been stabbed in the head. I hated brushing my hair so much as a child that my mother had my hair cut so short that people thought I was a boy for the best part of a decade.
If only I'd had this life-saving brush back then! I can't even describe how blissful it is to brush my hair and not feel like I want to curl up into a ball and cry and/or shave it all off. Now I have no pain and silky smooth, tangle-free hair. I'll never use another hair brush ever again. I've even graduated to brushing my hair twice a day (which would have been simply unthinkable a year ago). I know it seems expensive for a hair brush but you really won't be disappointed...

This brush is ok, not as great as I thought it would be. I bought it to use on my 6 year old daughter with waist length hair after reading some impressive reviews. We have lots of trouble with detangling as her hair is fine and wavy and she has a habit of taking it down once out of sight! So I assured her this new brush would be much better and hurt much less hoping to make hair brushing a more bearable chore. She protests that it still hurts to have her hair brushed ( despite me being super gentle!) and this doesn't seem any better than the last denman smaller brush we had. After a day of swimming in the sea she had the mother of all knots and this brush could not handle it. I picked it apart with a hair grip in the end thankfully so I didn't have to cut it out. I guess this brush would be good for an adult of teenager who is able to manage their hair during the day or someone with relatively smooth hair.
