Interesting device. My wife uses it as a bit of relief for an aching neck.First thing is to position properly before 'blowing' up. It is very difficult to get on once it has been blown up and almost impossible to secure the straps.Second thing is that in order for the pump to work you need to hold your thumb over breather holeThird thing there is no obvious way to 'let it down' - unless someone else knows ? So you can take it off but have to leave it to let the air gradually escapeOther than that it does what it says
