I just bought this and I admit I am still quite undecided about using a derma roller. I am deeply concerned though with the fact that the box indicates that only the three smaller size needles (0.20, 0.25 & 0.30 mm) are recommended for home use, the rest being clinical/medical or physician, with the 1mm (the one I just bought) being for medical use.I have not seen this particular reference scale anywhere else during my own research but will now go and look into it. I just thought other people should be aware that this product references itself for medical use and not home use.
