Nice enough. The case is small so you are quite aware of the zip. Will fit most lipsticks but not those that are in extra long fancy cases and again, two will fit provided they are standard in size. Would make a good little jewellery case for earrings and rings if travelling.Updated September 2016... Sometimes things go wrong....what is important is how this is dealt with. I needed a replacement and I was actually surprised at how fast, how politely and how efficiently this was dealt with. Top marks for customer service and replacement is great. A most useful, and beautifully made little zip-up case. I actually use it to put my 'good' jewellery in when I'm travelling. It is big enough to hold several lipsticks and I also bought one for my sister.
