A nice idea but it doesn't seem to want to stay in my hair. The only thing I can use it for is as shown in the middle image (holding hair back in a standard low ponytail) and even then it takes an awful lot of messing around to get all of my hair to go in properly and it doesn't feel securely held.Also it's not even close to true to the image colour - my clip is practically red, I certainly wouldn't call it tortoiseshell.

So comfortable to wear and doesn't dig into the back of your head like some other designs do. Fits into pockets, handbags, small spaces in the console in the car so it's easy to use or take out any time you like. I'd like another one a little bit bigger for a different style as my hair is quite thick and strong. Will probably get another one in a different colour.

I already had a couple of these clips so was pleased to find a different colour. I like these clips because they hold my hair up all day without a problem (unless one of the children i work with decides to release it, but that's another story altogether!) I have very fine hair and often find that my hair slips out of clips but this one stays put.
