Product damage on two occasions, 28 Mar. 2018

I’m so disappointed, the product arrived with the black smashed and then I reordered hoping the next one would be in tact but the new product arrived exactly the same. The black ended up damaging carpets on the first occasion and second occasion damaging clothing. I am very disappointed.
