This is a very comfortable and adjustable sleep eye mask, which my girlfriend wears if she wants to guarantee herself a good night's sleep. The eye mask is very soft and lightweight, made of a breathable mulberry silk, it's nice to touch and soft and gentle on the eyelids. The eye mask has an easily adjustable headstrap, so that you can make sure it's secure enough not to move about in the night, but not so tight as to be uncomfortable.
The mask is a shiny black colour with raised white coloured eyelashes, and the headstrap is made from an elasticated material. The material used for the eye mask is dense enough to provide a very effective barrier against the intrusion of light.
The product comes with a set of two malleable, orange coloured, sponge material ear plugs, which my girlfriend finds comfortable to wear, although some people are known to have a feeling of claustrophia when ear plugs are inserted.
