Coconut oil is a miracle. I have very sensitive skin prone to irritation and this oil has cleared it up and also made my skin more even. It does thicken a lot in cold environments so for those with very cold bathrooms shake and run under a hot tap to loosen.

Works really well on my hair but a good note to have is, don't use a lot, a use very little and get a little on my hands and rub them together before running my hands through my hair.
