This lovely taupe coloured lipstick comes in a very glamorous case, with a silver base and tinted clear plastic cover.It screws up about an inch and a half high, so you get a decent amount.It smells lovely, slightly vanilla like, which is important since it sits directly under your nose, but sadly it does not taste of anything.The colour is very subtle, almost invisible just giving a nice polished look to your lips rather than a lipstick which is so garish it risks taking over your entire look.It is non greasy whilst still being very moisturising and feels lovely on my lips.As for stay-ability, it isn't too bad, if blotted and powdered it lasts pretty well, though it will need re applying after eating as it does seem to disappear.

Maybelline Jade Colour Sensational Nudes is a beautiful lipstick to use plus the added bonus the presentation of the Maybelline Jade Colour Sensational Nudes is quite perfect.

Usually, with the cheaper range of lipsticks the tell-tale sign is always the casing, but with this particular lipstick, I have to say it is quite classy. Maybelline certainly put everything into this particular lipstick as everything about it really stands out against other budget brand lipsticks.

The actual lipstick is a joy to use as when applied it adds a slight gloss to my lips as well as bringing moisture to them. Plus the colour is understated which will allow me to emphasise my eyes with a stronger eye makeup even a stronger eye=liner, depending on my outfit or even occasion.

I have very pale skin therefore for me this colour is perfect, as it adds some colour to my lips yet does not have me looking like a clown who has escaped from the circus!

Essentially, this is a very pale lipstick, designed to make the lips appear naturally pale. It stays on well, lasting several hours, and was still present after a meal, although it had dampened down a great deal to be far less visible; it would benefit from re-application post lunch for an afternoon. It would also benefit from use with a lip liner, to add definition to the contours of the lips.The lipstick has a flavour, which I couldn't quite pin down, but seemed to have vanilla and cinnamon overtones, which was really nice. I ate about an hour after application - and the flavour had dissipated by then, so didn't affect the taste of the food.On the whole I liked this. It is a nice casual daytime lipstick. I generally prefer something longer lasting, as I don't have time to think about reapplying lipstick during the day, but the flavour on application was good.
