Much to my wife's annoyance and for the last twelve months, I have been sporting a rather dashing beard. Actually, that was a lie; rather, I had a wirey, anti-social, ASBO of a beard. It is with this burden which prompted me to look for a product to keep my wild bristles and separatist hairs in check. Now, whilst I would never describe myself as the 'trendy hipster' type, I often admired the many neo old-school gentleman's grooming products that are so often marketed to those types. So, my need for beard control and my interest in the latter product genre prompted me to seek this this barber-shop style brand. Very, very happy with it!

The product comes in a handy little tin which is approximately the size of that of a pocket Vaseline. I find this really convenient and allows one to maintain their face-fur both throughout the working day and on a night out.

The balm itself is very easy to apply and leaves your beard hydrated, softer and loads more...

when i first got this i didnt what i was expecting like the hair on my head i like to look after the hair on my facewhen it first arrived it was in a nice little pouch and came with a card, i first opened the tin and all i could smell was a strong but pleasant vanilla scent coming from it which seemed promisingi started off by damping my beard as advised and put just about a pea sized lump on my thumb, i rubbed it into my palms making it warm and trying to get it like oil so its not too sticky and dont have lumps in my beardit settled in quite well and it enabled me to shape it in whichever way i wanted and it wasnt greasy at all and now every time i wear it and be around people they really do wonder what that smell is as it is quite strong and stands out quite a biti also received this at a discounted price in return for a honest review
