Well I am in two minds on this one, on the one hand as a scrub to exfoliate its okay but I do find it a bit harsh for my skin so can't use more frequently than once a week but after using it my face does feel clean and fresh so it's okay but I have to be careful.

This is another exfoliating scrub that has plastic in it. This plastic is washed down the drain and is very difficult to filter out, so ends up in the water column. Google "microbeads".
