Bought this to try "oil pulling". It's solid at room temperature so u either have to stand it I'm hot water for a bit or let it melt in your mouth. I have to say this oil pulling-malarkey makes me gag! But it's meant to be really good for u! This stuff cam also be used for cooking or for your face (works well as moisturiser!)

This is a lovely oil, smells of toasted coconut, it is greasy and therefore is only suitable for using and then washing from the hair. It does leave the hair in great condition.
