A week further on using this, and my skin is dryer in the morning using this, with some flakes - I'm using a wash-cloth to exfoliate then using a rich moisturiser, and my skin is looking really clear and glowing, it really suits my dry skin. I am repurchasing when I run out.
Hylaronic acid plus retinol
Good idea to combine the two - one does superficially dry out a bit before it works (retinol) and one retains moisture (hylaronic acid) - and so far, my skin is really calm and soothed by this.
Only one negative- the packaging. Retinol should really not be in a pot, because it will not stay stable with constant exposure to air and sunlight every day - the see through container does not help either. I would strongly prefer a pump bottle, which is opaque/dark. I have transfer this to three old small dark glass pots I have (from eye cream!) so that they stay sealed up until I use them. This is not ideal, and a bit messy.
