Have only started using the Backbliss itself and am impressed by its effectiveness and ease of use. I ordered these refill pads at the same time so will probably not need to use them for a while. However, it's the same pad as on the Backbliss and that works very well so I've no reason to think the replacement pads will be any different.

I first bought my Backbliss ears ago, it is the best invention ever. Travelling on my own putting sunscreen on all of my back was impossible, now I have no problems. I would recommend the Backbliss to anyone, it does exactly what it is designed to. The replacement pads are easy to change and effective.
