Loved this hair clipper/trimmer with it's top notch finish both in terms of the sharpness and speed of the blades as well as the metal finish and reassuring weight.
The battery lasted me a day without dropping speed- that's great I can easily recharge the battery as it it needs is a mains plug and the supplied lead it can be tucked away. Indicator on the battery shows green when complete. the charge time is quick- pop it on when you're sweeping up and you can keep it charged throughout the day. No charging base needed and I assume there are replacement batteries so that you can keep one charging while the other is working. Batteries are easy to replace.. just unscrew the metal base cap and slide in and out.
Cable free clipping is much easier. The buzz/noise is low for trimming- I used this on some very fine hair and the ceramic blade worked brilliantly. With the clipping heads on it gets about twice as loud as the plastic shear heads are caught at some point...
