Absolutely great - best depilatory of any sort I have used. Melted one disc in microwave in increment of 30 seconds each and found it took about two and a half minutes to melt, allowed it to cool slightly and it was ready for use. Used on my upper lip, where I have previously used clear strips (which are totally useless). This worked like a dream and did not particularly hurt, anyway, not as much as the strips.I have fairly sensitive skin but have had no adverse reactions at all. I very highly recommend this product for many reasons, not forgetting the price, which is fantastic.
