Portable and amazing smell; application is troublesome, 4 Sept. 2014

I always get hangnails and hard skin around my nails so I thought I would get this as a nice, easily transportable cuticle oil to use everyday. I have not been using it very long but my first impressions are:

PROS

Super portable - handy to just throw it in my handbag which reinforces the hope that I will use it everyday thus improving my cuticles

Wonderful fragrance - it really does smell lovely and quite similar to my other cuticle oils (which are in droplet bottles)

CONS

Difficult to apply - although the tube is quite soft, I am very wary of squeezing too hard to try to get the oil out onto the brush and as a result it seems to take an age to get any oil onto my skin. When it does come out it's in bursts which I have to redistribute from one nail to another which kind of negates the purpose of the brush

Have used this since receiving it, but am disappointed with the results. The contents of the tube seem quite firm and are difficult to spread on my nails with the applicator brush provided.
