Brill little bottles for mixing varnish colours, 30 Sept. 2016

I bought these as I do my own Shellac at home and wanted to mix colours and add glitter to some of the colours I already have. These looked absolutely perfect for what I needed, and for the price I really couldn't complain.

They arrived safely and well packaged to protect them. The bottles themselves are really thick glass which I was pleased about as I've had some really thin bottles in the past that smashed really easily, but these are really sturdy.

The neck of the bottles are really quite small so I found it hard to decant varnish into them, but once I got the hang of it, it was fine. The only thing I don't like about them is that some of the brushes are a bit too long for the bottle meaning that they're slightly bent at the bottom of the bottle which doesn't give a very even coverage when applying the varnish to the nails. But as these are just for my own use, it's no great issue and I could always give the brushes a bit of a trim.

I got these nail polish bottles so I could add glitter to some of the polishes I already have, without having to mix up the whole bottle, or having to apply the glitter separately which for me is really messy.

The bottles arrived within a couple of days of ordering and all arrived in one piece. The bottles are quite small, but big enough for me to use them for what I intend. the opening is big enough to fit a funnel in so I can transfer the glitter and nail polish into the bottle easily and they look great. I like the little style of the hearts, it adds a little girly touch which I love and they look so cute on my dressing table. The brushes are pretty thin and it takes more strokes to cover one nail, but the quality of them is good. I was kindly given a discount to review these nail polish bottles and I have provided my unbiased opinion. I think these are great and could be used for even more than nail polish. My daughter loves these and we bought them to go with her make up creation set and they work perfectly. She makes her own liquids and fills the bottles then she can use the lids which have brushes to apply that make up. They bottles are solid so not easily breakable and have a cute heart design on the lids she loves them therefore I am very happy with the order
