Lovely little rollerball vials, perfect for scented oils., 23 Aug. 2016

I have recently got hold of some essential oils and carrier oils and I wanted to create my own massage oils that I can carry with me. I have anxiety issues and aching joints so I needed something small that could be applied whenever I needed it.

These little glass vials arrived within a few days, wrapped in bubble wrap inside a plastic resealable packet. The glass vials are a lovely deep shade, the lids and roller ball parts all came separately, obviously. Each vial is around 3.2 inches tall and takes 10ml of fluids. They don't come with labels so you'll need to provide that yourself.

I used these first with coconut oil and Magnesium oil and added essential oils afterwards. I found them very easy to fill, the opening on the glass vial is large enough for droppers and spray bottle nibs. Once the roller ball lids were on they didn't leak, although I...

I make my own mixtures of essential oils and these are perfect for application. You do have to be careful which carrier oil you use though as I made the mistake first of using too much Neem Oil in my mixture which is too thick to get through the roller ball. I was impressed that the roller is glass not plastic, and that makes it easier to clean between refills. If you are going o use them for oils like this, I would use Jojoba, Almond or Argan oil as a carrier. My husband really likes the ease of application of the oils in the roller ball applicator that I make up for his skin problems.You can make a lovely lip balm with this, or use it to apply Lavender oil or tea tree oil when needed. Make your own deodorant with alum crystals, magnesium oil with epsom salts, the possibilities are endless. I am very happy with these bottles, love the blue glass, also love the fact that I bought it at a discount in exchange for a fair, honest and impartial review. They work just fine!
