The product is good value for the money paid. However, it takes quite a long time to heat up. The strips work very well. In fact they are just as good as the fabric strips. The spatulas are strong and again very good. The wax was very sticky and difficult to take off. I have bought tea tree wax and am hoping that it will work better and will be easier to use. The wax pot is very good and easy to clean. It is a good kit but the wax itself was a problem due to extreme stickiness.
